Return Process

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your STATIKĀ® products in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect your returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
